Harvesting Arctic Shrimp & Greenland Halibut (Turbot)

The M.V. Inuksuk I is also an Arctic Shrimp and Greenland Halibut (Turbot) Trawler, built in 1987. Baffin Fisheries acquired all outstanding shares in the vessel from its minority partners in late 2015. It is registered in Iqaluit, and has a total capacity of 650mt of turbot or 440mt of shrimp and accommodations for 28-30 crewmembers.
