Baffin Fisheries, the largest fishing enterprise in Northern Canada, has an immediate opening for an experienced Chief Engineer onboard its factory-freezer multi-species trawlers. Leadership in safety, sustainability and performance are highly valued and highly rewarded.

Minimum 2nd Class TC/STCW Motor TC - MED - STCW Endorsements      TC - Marine Medical                            Passport                                              Commitment to HSE

Required: Marine Engineering experience & knowledge of Stern Trawler fishing and processing / freezing at sea operations. Ship Safety and Certifications for TC/DNV; operation / maintenance for ships engines and generators; propulsion; deck hydraulics / winches; ship electrical; fish/shrimp processing lines; refrigeration plant; welding; off season maintenance, etc.; Submit resume, supporting certificates, and cover letter to: [email protected] or fax +1 709-726-6374.
